Start a workout
- 01Tap +, then Start. The timer starts.
- 02Tap Add Exercise, type a name, choose the muscle group, and switch on Duration-based for things like planks.
Log your sets
- 01Type the weight, reps and RPE straight into each row.
- 02Tap Add Set for the next one.
- 03Tap the flame to mark a warm-up. Warm-ups don't count toward your totals or records.
- 04Tap Use Time to switch an exercise from reps to time.
Add a superset
Tap Add superset to pair exercises you do back to back. Choose the exercises, the number of rounds, and the rest between exercises and between rounds. A rest timer counts down as you go; switch it off in Profile → Account settings → Preferences.
Finish and save
- 01Tap End. You'll see the whole session to review.
- 02Tap Save Workout. Personal records for weight, reps and volume update on their own.
- 03Or tap Save as Routine to turn the session into a template for next time.
