Build a routine and train with it
A routine is a workout you repeat. Running one is quicker than starting empty, because every set comes pre-filled.

Create a routine
Open Progress, then Routines. Tap + to start from scratch, pick a starter template (full body, upper body or lower body) if you have none yet, or save a finished workout as a routine.
- 01Add exercises and set target sets, reps and RPE for each set.
- 02Choose a rest time per exercise, and use Apply to all to copy set 1 to every set.
- 03Group exercises into a superset if you like, then save.
Start a routine
Tap Start on a routine, tap + then Routine, or use the Recommended today card, which suggests the routine you're most overdue for.
Train with it
- 01Each set is filled in with last time's weights and your targets.
- 02Adjust the numbers if today was different, then tick the set to log it. Only sets you log count.
- 03Add or remove sets, and reorder exercises by long-pressing a card or using its menu.
- 04Tap End to review. Records are highlighted, and you can add back anything you skipped. Then save.
