Connect Apple Health

  1. 01Open Profile → Connected sources → Apple Health.
  2. 02Tap Connect and allow Bene to read workouts.
  3. 03Recent workouts appear on Home and in Progress.

What Bene reads

Completed workouts only: runs, rides, swims, strength sessions and more, with their time, heart rate, energy and distance. A workout's detail can show splits, heart-rate zones and its route.

Bene doesn't read steps, sleep or recovery scores, and it never writes to Apple Health.

Strength sessions aren't duplicated

If you log a strength session in Bene and your watch records it too, Bene joins them. Your session gains the watch's heart rate, duration and energy, and you see one entry, not two.

Planned sessions tick themselves off

A run or ride you planned is marked done when a matching workout arrives from your watch. If you trained well away from the planned time, Bene asks whether to link them.

If workouts don't appear

Good to know

  • Check your watch's app is saving workouts to Apple Health.
  • Check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Bene allows reading workouts.
  • Open Bene again: new workouts are picked up when the app opens.
