Reading your day on Home

Home is the screen Bene opens on. It answers one question: what happened today, and what's next?

The week strip

Seven days sit under your greeting. Today's label is highlighted, and each day with food logged shows a ring that fills as you eat toward that day's target. Past your target, a second, inner ring appears.

Swipe the strip to move between weeks, from four weeks back to one week ahead, and tap a day to see it. You can also swipe across the page to step a day at a time.

The nutrition card

The ring shows calories eaten; next to it is what's left (or how far over you are). Below are protein, carbs and fat against their targets.

If a day has its own target, for example extra carbs before a hard session, you'll see Adjusted for this day. Set or clear one from the card's menu.

Today from Coach

On days with something useful to say, Coach leaves a short brief at the top of Home: how yesterday went, and what's planned today. Tap it to open the full message in Coach.

The timeline

Everything you log appears in time order, grouped into morning, afternoon and evening: meals (with their photos), workouts, workouts from your watch, weigh-ins, completed habits, and planned sessions still to do.

Tap an entry to open it. A meal opens its detail, where you can edit items, change when you ate it, or change the photo.

When nothing's logged yet

An empty day shows quick tiles for food, workout, weight and habits. Food and weight log to the day you're looking at, which makes catching up on yesterday easy.
