Why we built Bene
Bene started from a simple frustration: the tools that track your training and the tools that track your food never talk to each other. You can train hard and eat carefully, but with everything split across separate apps you can never actually see whether the two add up.
So we built one connected day. Workouts, food, weight, habits, and plans land on a single timeline, and a coach reads the whole picture instead of a slice of it. The payoff isn't a tidy logbook — it's performing better because your training and nutrition finally reconcile against each other.
Everything in Bene comes back to one question: are you moving toward your goal? If a feature doesn't help answer that, it doesn't ship.
